Os elementos da Mesa da Assembleia Geral querem anunciar aos nossos Sócios que estarão disponíveis na sexta-feira dia 13 de outubro de 2023 das 19H30 ate às 22H (em vez de domingo dia 15 de outubro de 2023) para responder às suas perguntas e questões sobre os vários temas atualmente em andamento, incluindo, mas não limitados:
- expropriação pela Região de Waterloo, de parte do terreno na frente do Clube;
- facilidade de acesso a parte mínima do terreno do Clube, pela autoridade elétrica local; e,
- o trabalho feito pelo Comité referente ao assunto do Futuro do Clube.
Lembramos também que a próxima reunião de Assembleia Geral será no domingo dia 29 de outubro de 2023 às 14H00.
The Members of the General Assembly Table would like to advise the Club’s Members that they will be available to them on FRI-13OCT2023 from 7:30PM to 10PM (NOT SUN-15OCT2023 as previously offered) to answer questions they may have in regards to many matters currently on going with the Club, including but not limited to:
- expropriation of part of the Club’s frontal lands by the Region of Waterloo;
- easement of a minimal part of the Club’s lands to the local electrical authority; and,
- the work completed by our Special Committee related to the Club’s Future.
They would also like to take this opportunity to advise all Members that the next General Assembly meeting will be held on SUN-29OCT2023 at 2PM.
To remain informed and involved in processes that are imperative to the future success of the Club, we strongly urge that all Members attend all General Assembly meetings and to provide your email address to us.
