This coming Friday, Oct. 27th, the Small Hall of the Kitchener Portuguese Club Inc. will be open once again! We will be serving (at 7 PM): Portuguese style Chicken Risotto, for $20!

There will be pork (bifana) sandwiches, chicken strips, chicken wings, fries, and custard tarts (natas) available to purchase.

In addition to dine-in, we also offer a take-out option (starting at 6:30 PM).

Os elementos da Mesa da Assembleia Geral querem anunciar aos nossos Sรณcios que estarรฃo disponรญveis na sexta-feira dia 13 de outubro de 2023 das 19H30 ate ร s 22H (em vez de domingo dia 15 de outubro de 2023) para responder ร s suas perguntas e questรตes sobre os vรกrios temas atualmente em andamento, incluindo, mas nรฃo limitados:

  • expropriaรงรฃo pela Regiรฃo de Waterloo, de parte do terreno na frente do Clube;
  • facilidade de acesso a parte mรญnima do terreno do Clube, pela autoridade elรฉtrica local; e,
  • o trabalho feito pelo Comitรฉ referente ao assunto do Futuro do Clube.

Lembramos tambรฉm que a prรณxima reuniรฃo de Assembleia Geral serรก no domingo dia 29 de outubro de 2023 ร s 14H00.

The Members of the General Assembly Table would like to advise the Clubโ€™s Members that they will be available to them on FRI-13OCT2023 from 7:30PM to 10PM (NOT SUN-15OCT2023 as previously offered) to answer questions they may have in regards to many matters currently on going with the Club, including but not limited to:

  • expropriation of part of the Clubโ€™s frontal lands by the Region of Waterloo;
  • easement of a minimal part of the Clubโ€™s lands to the local electrical authority; and,
  • the work completed by our Special Committee related to the Club’s Future.

They would also like to take this opportunity to advise all Members that the next General Assembly meeting will be held on SUN-29OCT2023 at 2PM.

To remain informed and involved in processes that are imperative to the future success of the Club, we strongly urge that all Members attend all General Assembly meetings and to provide your email address to us.
