The General Consulate has the pleasure to inform you, that a consular team and a team from BPI Bank Toronto are in Kitchener, (Kitchener Portuguese Club Inc – 1548 Fischer-Hallman Road East, Tel. 1-519-579-6960, kpci579@gmail.com) Today/Friday and Tomorrow/Saturday, 7th and 8th of March of 2014, respectively during the hours of: 1pm until 8pm, (Today/Friday) and from 10am to 5pm, (Tomorrow/Saturday).
The Portuguese citizens will be able to come here to ask for informations and practice of consular acts, namely:
a) Passports
b) Citizen’s Cards
c) Powers of Attorney
d) Registrations
e) Recognition of signatures,
f) Other acts of civil register and notary office;
g) Boarding houses and social support
The service is done in order of arrival/by number.
For the practice of the acts they must be bearers of the respective documents of identification (BI’s or passports), although expired. In the case of retirement it is also necessary to have the taxpayer card or equivalent document.
Upon attendance will be collected the necessary data and completed the documents required by the users, and shall be delivered by the consular official proof of receipt thereof. Passports and citizen cards are required at the time without the need of users bringing photographs.
Payments may be made in check payable to the Consulate General of Portugal in Toronto or by debit card. They do not accept cash payment.
Employees in service shall proceed as quickly as possible, with the performance of the acts on the premises of the Consulate General in Toronto, returning to the users the requested documents. Passports and citizen cards may be delivered to the Consulate or delivered by courier company or Canada Post.

Festa Das Amigas/All-Ladies Night
