Os elementos da Mesa da Assembleia Geral querem anunciar aos nossos Sรณcios que estarรฃo disponรญveis na sexta-feira dia 13 de outubro de 2023 das 19H30 ate ร s 22H (em vez de domingo dia 15 de outubro de 2023) para responder ร s suas perguntas e questรตes sobre os vรกrios temas atualmente em andamento, incluindo, mas nรฃo limitados:

  • expropriaรงรฃo pela Regiรฃo de Waterloo, de parte do terreno na frente do Clube;
  • facilidade de acesso a parte mรญnima do terreno do Clube, pela autoridade elรฉtrica local; e,
  • o trabalho feito pelo Comitรฉ referente ao assunto do Futuro do Clube.

Lembramos tambรฉm que a prรณxima reuniรฃo de Assembleia Geral serรก no domingo dia 29 de outubro de 2023 ร s 14H00.

The Members of the General Assembly Table would like to advise the Clubโ€™s Members that they will be available to them on FRI-13OCT2023 from 7:30PM to 10PM (NOT SUN-15OCT2023 as previously offered) to answer questions they may have in regards to many matters currently on going with the Club, including but not limited to:

  • expropriation of part of the Clubโ€™s frontal lands by the Region of Waterloo;
  • easement of a minimal part of the Clubโ€™s lands to the local electrical authority; and,
  • the work completed by our Special Committee related to the Club’s Future.

They would also like to take this opportunity to advise all Members that the next General Assembly meeting will be held on SUN-29OCT2023 at 2PM.

To remain informed and involved in processes that are imperative to the future success of the Club, we strongly urge that all Members attend all General Assembly meetings and to provide your email address to us.

Update from our General Assembly President/ Atualizou das nossas operaรงรตes pelo nosso Presidente da Assembleia Geral

This past Wednesday, February 23, 2022, our General Assembly President, Rui Jorge Neves spoke with 98.5 CKWR radio host and well known, almost 40 year local radio personality Antonio Da Silva Brito (Sons de Portugal).  In this conversation, Rui provides an update on our operations and continued appeal for a new Board of Directors, plus asks members to attend the Club on SUN-06MAR2022 between 3PM and 5PM to pay for their 2022 (and any outstanding prior year) membership fees. – the 14 minute discussion begins at 1:42 (hour: minute) into this video.

Nesta quarta-feira passada, dia 23 de fevereiro de 2022, o nosso presidente da assembleia geral, Rui Jorge Neves falou com o locutor de hรก quase 40 anos, da rรกdio local 98.5 CKWR, Antรดnio Da Silva Brito (Sons de Portugal). Nessa conversa, o Rui atualizou a comunidade com informaรงรฃo das nossas operaรงรตes atuais e apelou de novo ร  comunidade para a formaรงรฃo de uma nova Direรงรฃo do nosso Clube.  Pediu tambรฉm aos nossos sรณcios para comparecerem ร  nossa sede no domingo dia 6 de marรงo de 2022, entre as 15H e 17H, para pagarem as cotas de 2022 ou se tiverem algumas em atraso.  A conversa tem duraรงรฃo de 13 minutos e comeรงa aos 1:42 (hora: minuto) deste vรญdeo.

Cartรฃo de Fidelidade para Sรณcios/ Loyalty Card for Members

Um dos nossos objetivos รฉ mostrar aos nossos sรณcios que os apreciamos e o valor que tรชm para o nosso Clube. Com isso em mente, criamos um Cartรฃo de Fidelidade.

Na compra de uma refeiรงรฃo de take-away, em dias regulares, quando apresentar o Cartรฃo de Fidelidade juntamente com o cartรฃo de sรณcio, receberรก um (1) carimbo. Quando acumular dez (10) carimbos, recebe uma (1) refeiรงรฃo GRATรS! 

Para receber o seu Cartรฃo de Fidelidade, tem que ser um sรณcio e ter as cotas em dia. O prazo para pagar as cotas do ano corrente รฉ atรฉ ao fim do mรชs de marรงo.

One of our objectives is to ensure our members feel appreciated and know how valued they are to our Club. With that in mind, we are offering them a Loyalty Card.

When a member purchases a regular take-out food order and they present both their Loyalty Card and their membership card, they will receive one (1) stamp on their Loyalty Card. After ten (10) stamps, they will receive one (1) FREE meal on us!

In order to receive your Loyalty Card, you must have your membership fees up-to-date. As a reminder, membership fees for the current year are due by the end of March. 

If you would like to receive a Loyalty Card, but are not yet a member, please reach out to us via telephone at 519.579.6960 or via email members@kitchenerportugueseclub.com. 

As well, if you have suggestions of cool perks that you think the Club could reward our members, do not hesitate to send us your suggestions to members@kitchenerportugueseclub.com.

Para todos os sรณcios, gostarรญamos de lembrรก-lo que as suas cotas de 2021 devem ser pagas atรฉ ao dia 31 de marรงo de 2021. O pagamento pode ser efetua atravรฉs de e-transfer, cheque, dinheiro, ou dรฉbito. Estamos abertos para pagamento no domingos, entre as 11:30 e 13:00, durante as nossas encomendas de take-away. Se necessitar de um hora diferente, sinta-se ร  vontade para nos contactar ou deixe o seu pagamento num envelope com o seu nome(s) e nรบmero(s) de sรณcio. Se nรฃo รฉ sรณcio e estรก interessado em ser, contacte-nos pelo 519-579-6960 ou por e-mail members@kitchenerportugueseclub.com.

Estamos a planear introduzir incentivos para membros, comoย oย Cartรฃoย deย Fidelidade, portanto agora รฉ a altura ideal de se aderir.

We would like to remind all our members that your 2021 membership fees are due by March 31, 2021. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cheque,ย cash,ย or debit. We are open for payment on Sundayโ€™s between 11:30AM and 1PM during our take-out orders.
